Star Bay Hotel - Lumut

Thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: fantastic food and incredibly nice staff. Rooms were neat and huge and provided with comfortable bed and comfortable mattress, as for instance. Location: the property was next to market, laundry, restaurant, petrol station, car wash, the restaurant, mini market and groceries store, and the Marina ferry. It also was near the waterfront.

Great spot close to the Mangrove Park 🌿.

Peaceful hotel, bright rooms, bravo!

Nice building and rooms with 2 bathroom.

The Wheelchair Accessible room had 2 king size beds and comfortable mattresses. the location was convenient for business, being close to Lumut and Teluk Batik.

The room I got here was pretty spacious and had 2 large beds that were super comfy. The facilities were up to par 👌.

Enjoyed a spacious room with a comfy king bed. the food here was top-notch, with lots of delicious meals to choose from. the staff were all super friendly and willing to help out whenever needed. 😊

A Great Budget Hotel!

The strategic location was perfect for us as it was near Halal restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed in the Family Room, spacious and comfortable with two bathrooms and Astro Channel. The Beautiful Twin Room was a bit small but suitable for two people. The only downside was the limited space to pray.

Although there were a couple of minor issues such as the heat from the freezer melting our chocolates and the lack of ventilation, these were just suggestions for improvement.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby places such as convenient stores and the beautiful Telok Batik beach. The waterfront is also just a short walk away, making it convenient for leisurely strolls. The rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and even two bathrooms in some. this hotel provides basic amenities and a satisfying breakfast for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic Easter! the hotel's complimentary facilities such as self-service laundry and ironing services were helpful. the hotel's location was perfect! We were able to easily find nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Plus, we loved being close to the beach. One of the best aspects was the clean and comfortable room.

The breakfast was not included, and the room did not have a kettle or iron. It was a bit of a hassle to have to ask for them at the counter.

Great budget hotel

The hotel was strategically located near halal restaurants, groceries, and other facilities we needed. It was a good deal with a reasonable price. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms and Astro channels. We also liked the fact that it was easy to access different parts of the city from the hotel.

Our experience was not all good. The hair dryer provided was not functioning, and when we requested a new one, it also failed.

The hotel is conveniently located near a ferry port and is situated in a natural setting with beach and caves nearby. the rooms are spacious with great facilities such as comfortable beds, LCD TV, and a water dispenser in every level. the atmosphere of the room is nice, bright, and clean with good customer service.

The lack of elevator makes it challenging with mobility issues to access the rooms.

Almost perfect.

The staff provide great service, ensuring that basic amenities are met. The rooms with king beds are comfortable, especially on the lower level, and having two bathrooms is convenient. Additionally, the location is ideal for exploring the whole Manjung area and is near Telok Batik beach.

I had a very good stay at this hotel recently. the rooms were clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was near a grocery store and a convenient store, making it easy to access any necessities. Lastly, the staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered comfortable beds, which ensured a good night's sleep.

There were no major issues during my stay.

The location is great, and it's pretty close to the beach. It was easy for us to get around in this city because of the convenient store near the hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. We loved the fact that we could park our car easily and walk to the waterfront. The staff was excellent - very helpful and friendly.
